Returning of items

The customer can request a replacement within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

Merchandise exchange refers to size exchange or model exchange.

In the case of exchange of goods, together with the completed Exchange Form, it is delivered to the Seller, and in that case the costs of exchange are borne by the Buyer.

In case of exchange, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods without damage and traces of use. Otherwise, the Seller is not obliged to make a replacement.

The item being exchanged must have the same or greater value than the item being exchanged, with an additional charge.
