The deadline for delivery of orders for products on the online store depends on the item itself and the specifics of its manufacture and its availability in stock. Certain items that are ordered for custom work, i.e. with a special request of the buyer, are agreed directly by email online@nonnahandmade.com and the delivery date is agreed with confirmation by email, as well as the contract between the seller and the buyer.

Nonna Handmade reserves the right to change the information displayed on any page of the site at any time, without prior notice. Visitors to the website www.nonnahandmade.com do not have the right to unilaterally change the Terms of Purchase.

The website www.nonnahandmade.com is an online store that operates in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce and all other valid laws and regulations in the Republic of Serbia.

ORDERING

To order products from the online store, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Finding the product you want to buy

Products are organized by category. When you find the product you want to buy, select the button: send email or add to cart depending on availability and your desire.

2. Cart overview

If you have changed your mind about one of the products, you can remove the product from the basket by clicking the delete button or continue shopping.

3. Entering data about the customer and place of delivery

It is necessary to specify the information about the customer and the address where the package needs to be delivered. The data on the place of delivery are the data where you want us to send the shipment, and therefore we ask that you specify all the data as precisely as possible so that the couriers who deliver the shipments can find you as easily as possible. In case of incorrectly entered data, your shipment may be returned and delivery may be delayed.

4. Method of delivery

Your shipment will be sent by a courier service with which Nonna handmade has a contract. The costs of the courier service are not your cost, but that cost is taken over by Nonna handmade, which takes care of its customers. When returning a product, and the reason is not Nonna Handmade’s mistake, the wrong product was sent, but your decision – the costs of returning the goods are borne by you, i.e. the buyer.

5. Choice of payment method

Payment for your order is made exclusively by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery means paying the purchase order to the courier when picking up the shipment. Payment is made exclusively in cash. 

6. Review and confirmation of the purchase order

Before you confirm the purchase order, you can take a look at all its details. If you agree with it, select the option “I accept and have read the Terms of Purchase and understand the privacy policy and the use of cookies” and then select the option “Confirm and complete the purchase” by which it was created. Upon receipt of an email from the seller that the goods are available, the order is considered confirmed. The seller’s invoice represents the contract and the contract is considered to be concluded, upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

When shopping through the Internet store, you can order products directly by adding the desired product to the basket, after which you fill in the form with your personal data.
